On February 14^th and 15^th the following service interruptions are expected for AAC Credit Union members while we complete the merger with Knoll Employees Credit Union.

1. Beginning at 3pm on Friday, February 14^th until mid-afternoon on 2/15/25 AAC debit and credit cards will have lowered daily spending limits.
   • Debit Card limits for PIN transactions will be $210, and signature-based/credit transactions will be $420.
   • Credit Cards will have daily purchase limits of $1,000 and ATM withdrawals of $500.
2. All AAC branches will be closed Saturday, February 15^th.
3. Xtend Shared branching, ATM networks, and Co-Op Shared branching will be unavailable on 2/15/25 from 7am – mid afternoon.
4. All online banking, mobile app, remote deposit, text banking, bill pay services will be unavailable on 2/15/25 from 7am – mid afternoon.

We encourage members to please plan ahead for these interruptions. Please reach out to us if you are traveling during this period so we can offer card solutions. We apologize for this inconvenience and will restore services as quickly as possible on 2/15/25.
